We are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual remarks or advances, will result in immediate termination of the service. Full charges will apply.
Health & Liability
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your treatment. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
Payment & CV Fee Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations, including single bookings. Please note that a 3% processing fee (CV charge) will be applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, and the full service fee will still apply.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included. If you enjoyed your experience, a 20% tip is customary and greatly appreciated.

すべてのお客様およびスタッフにとって安全で快適な環境を維持するため、不適切な言動（性的な発言や行為を含む）があった場合、施術は直ちに中止させていただきます。その場合でも料金は全額申し受けます。
健康状態および免責事項
持病、怪我、アレルギー、妊娠中の方は、必ず事前にお申し出ください。事前申告のない場合に生じた体調不良やトラブルについて、当スパでは責任を負いかねます。
お支払いおよびCVフィーポリシー
すべてのご予約（1名様を含む）にはクレジットカードの登録が必要です。クレジットカードでのお支払いには、3％の決済手数料（CVチャージ）が適用されます。
キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルおよび変更は24時間前までにご連絡ください。24時間以内のキャンセル・変更・無断キャンセルは施術料金の100％を申し受けます。
遅刻について
ご予約時間の10分前までにご来店ください。遅刻された場合、施術時間が短縮されることがございますが、料金は全額頂戴いたします。
チップについて
チップは料金に含まれておりません。サービスにご満足いただけましたら、20％を目安にお任せしております。
